Returns & exchanges

RETURNS

The return conditions apply to all items purchased at bataia.cc or through the BATAIA retail store and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.

In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase online or in-store, you are entitled to return those items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund or credit note, excluding sale items.

Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Once you return package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review. If everything is ok we will refund your money within 15 business days, excluding any shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return it for a full refund and make a new purchase for the item you would prefer. This process helps guarantee the availability of the replacement item and means we can ship it to you straight away.

PROCEDURE

To initiate a return procedure, get in touch with [email protected] describing your intention. We will provide you with a return form/authorization within 48hrs. Fill the form in and join it to your package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide shipping/return labels.

Please note, we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
